Digital Enterprise – increase your level of digitization and automation

Do you want to raise your digital level by introducing advanced non-manufacturing digital technologies?

Now, thanks to the Digital Enterprise program, which is part of the Entrepreneurship and Technology for Competitiveness Operational Program (OPTAK), you can introduce elements of digital transformation, automation, and robotization into your company.

Applicant

  • Small and medium-sized enterprises outside Prague
  • The project must be implemented in regions: Central Bohemian, Plzeň, South Bohemian, South Moravian, and Vysočina.

Examples of supported activities

  • Typically, these are enterprise systems such as ERP, MIS, MES, CRM, CAD, CAE, etc.
  • Acquisition of new technological equipment and facilities, including the necessary infrastructure, for the purpose of digital transformation of the company.
  • Acquisition of an intelligent warehouse and optimization of warehouse stocks (automated transport system, racking or shuttle system, automatic picking, stock control, and ordering).
  • Streamlining of the production process through the purchase of automatic feeders and manipulators and status monitoring using barcodes.
  • Strengthening cybersecurity through system integration of acquired or expanded IT solutions, systems and security, and the services of consultants and experts in the field of computer security.
  • BIM and CDE systems for creating digital models in construction and related fields.
  • Creation of a digital twin to verify the implementation of the digital transformation process.

Subsidy amount

The total eligible expenditure for the project must be at least CZK 2.5 million and no more than CZK 100 million.

The subsidy amount is calculated as a relevant % (25 – 45 %) of eligible expenditure, depending on the size of the enterprise and the location of implementation.

What can the subsidy be used for

  • long-term tangible assets – production and non-production technologies: production machines and their components, handling systems, physical intelligent storage systems, measuring, scanning, and testing technologies, communication infrastructure between system elements – communication protocols, ICT/IT systems, internal company networks, identification infrastructure, hardware security elements,
  • long-term intangible assets: costs of purchasing and implementing software, intellectual property rights, including costs directly related to installation and commissioning and included in the acquisition price of the asset. Expenditures for prepaid software services may only be incurred during the project implementation period,
  • services: costs of other software provided as part of cloud services (or services falling under “Software As Service – SaaS”), training and certification of employees through internationally recognized certificates, analysis and implementation of cybersecurity elements.

Support cannot be provided for construction work, simple restoration or activation of own assets, purchase of office furniture and equipment or shelving, purchase of tracked vehicles and machines, purchase of non-autonomous (controlled with any operator support) wheeled vehicles and machines, including accessories intended for operations other than storage.
