  • The project must be led by an innovative SME from a Eurostars participating country.
  • The consortium must include at least two independent partners from different Eurostars countries—one of which must be in the EU or a Horizon Europe Associated Country.

  • Each partner receives funding from their respective national agency under national rules.
  • Partners from non‑participating countries may join the consortium by self‑funding their share.
