The next EUROSTARS‑3 call will be open for applications from 16 January to 19 March 2026 (14:00 CET). The programme supports innovation‑driven R&D projects with clear commercial potential and requires international cooperation.

Who can apply?

The project must be led by an innovative SME from a Eurostars participating country.
The consortium must include at least two independent partners from different Eurostars countries—one of which must be in the EU or a Horizon Europe Associated Country.

Scope and funding:

The call is bottom-up, meaning all technological areas are eligible as long as the outcomes are innovation‑oriented and intended for commercial use.
Each partner receives funding from their respective national agency under national rules.
Partners from non‑participating countries may join the consortium by self‑funding their share.
