PORADENSTVÍ: Support for the purchase of consulting services required for certification in strategic industrial sectors

Another opportunity for small and medium-sized enterprises looking to take their business to the next level. The call for proposals under the Consulting Program—which can help you obtain internationally recognized industry certifications necessary for entering the supply chains of strategic industrial sectors such as nuclear energy, conventional and renewable energy, engineering, the chemical and petrochemical industries, and the defense industry—is now open.

The grant may be used for:

  • the purchase of external consulting services that companies need to prepare for certification,
  • certification—the certification process from application submission to certificate issuance. This activity is optional and may only be carried out following the completion of consulting services in the previous activity.

Eligible Expenses

  • the purchase of external consulting services and the preparation of deliverables in the form of documentation related to the consulting services provided (e.g., assessment, study, proposed solution, system solution),
  • expenses associated with the certification process, such as certificate fees, fees paid to the certification authority, etc. (under the de minimis regime).

How Much Can Be Obtained

• The grant amount ranges from 50,000 CZK to 2.45 million CZK,

• the grant is calculated as 50% of eligible expenses.

Who Can Apply for the Grant

As previously mentioned, applicants may be small and medium-sized enterprises located outside the territory of the City of Prague.

Program Details

Certifications relevant to strategic industrial sectors are divided into two groups. Within a single project, an applicant may choose certifications from one or both groups:

  • Group A – ASME BPVC product certifications,
  • Group B – Quality management systems.

This is one of the final calls for proposals in this programming period.
